These Terms govern your use of Rush Delivery 3D (the “Game”), provided by Rush Delivery 3D (“we”, “us”) to players worldwide. By playing, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1.Eligibility
You must be at least the minimum age required in your region (for example, 13 in the United States, or 13–16 in parts of the EU/UK) to play. If you are a minor, you may only play with the consent of a parent or guardian.
2.Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the applicable Google Play / Apple App Store rules, which also apply to your use of the Game.
3.Virtual items & currency
- The Game includes virtual items such as coins, hearts, and boosters.
- Virtual items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not transferable outside the Game.
- You receive a limited, revocable licence to use virtual items in the Game; you do not own them. We may manage, regulate, modify, or discontinue items where reasonably necessary for game balance or technical reasons.
4.Purchases & refunds
In-app purchases are sold and processed by Google Play (or the Apple App Store where applicable) under their terms. Except where required by local mandatory law or the app store’s policies, purchases of consumable virtual items are final and non-refundable. Refund requests are handled by the relevant app store.
5.Subscriptions
The Game may offer an auto-renewing subscription (the Delivery Pass, previously called Gold VIP — the same subscription, renamed). Payment is charged to your app store account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of that period. You can manage or cancel the subscription in your app store account settings. Benefits end when the subscription lapses.
6.Ads
The Game may show advertisements, including optional rewarded video ads you choose to watch in exchange for in-game rewards. Ads are provided by third-party networks; our handling of advertising data is described in the Privacy Policy. Purchasing “Remove Ads” or an active Delivery Pass subscription removes the non-optional ad placements; you may still choose to watch rewarded ads.
7.Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or automation, or use unauthorised third-party software to modify the Game;
- attempt to access other players’ accounts or our systems without authorisation, or disrupt our infrastructure;
- harass other players, or use a display name that is abusive, impersonating, or unlawful;
- reverse-engineer, decompile, resell, or commercially exploit the Game except as permitted by applicable law.
8.Accounts & deletion
An account is optional — the Game is fully playable without one. If you create an account, you are responsible for activity under it and for keeping access to your email secure, since sign-in codes are sent there. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially or repeatedly violate these Terms. You may delete your account and its associated data at any time from the Account screen in the Game, via our account deletion page, or by emailing us.
9.Your game progress
Your level progress, coins and unlocks are stored on your device, not on our servers. Uninstalling the Game, resetting your device, or clearing its data permanently erases that progress, and we cannot restore it — deleting your account does not affect it either way. Purchases are tied to your app store account and can be restored.
10.Service availability
The Game and its online features (such as sign-in, friends, purchases, and ads) depend on third-party services and your internet connection. We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
11.Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Game is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for in-app purchases in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you as a consumer.
12.Changes
We may update these Terms. We will revise the “Effective date” above and, for significant changes, notify you in the Game. Continued play after changes means you accept them.
13.Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
