This Privacy Policy explains how Rush Delivery 3D (“we”, “us”, “our”), the data controller, collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you play Rush Delivery 3D (the “Game”). The Game is available to players worldwide. By playing, you agree to this policy.
Controller contact: Rush Delivery 3D, Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria. Email support@matrirush.com.
In short: you can play the whole Game without an account. Your level progress, coins and unlocks are stored on your device, not on our servers. An account (email only) exists so you can add friends and send gifts. Ads are shown only where permitted, and in regions that require consent we ask first.
1.Information we collect
- Account data (optional): if you choose to sign in, the email address you use. Sign-in works by emailing you a one-time numeric code — there is no password, and we never store one.
- Profile data: a display name, a chosen avatar, and a friend code the Game generates for you. These are visible to players you connect with.
- Friends & gifts: which players you have linked with as friends and the in-game gifts you exchange with them.
- Game progress: your levels, stars, coins, boosters and settings are stored locally on your device only. We do not upload your progress to our servers.
- Delivery Pass data (only if you buy the pass): if you purchase the Delivery Pass subscription, we keep a record of that season for you so that support can restore it and so we can see whether the season’s rewards are reachable. That record contains the season number, your tier and experience points, which rewards you have collected, and summary game figures (coins, level reached, levels cleared, duels won, vehicles delivered), together with coarse technical details about the device you play on: platform, OS version, whether it is a phone, tablet or desktop, app version, language, time-zone offset and screen size. It also records the moment of purchase and which product you bought. If you do not buy the Delivery Pass, none of this is collected or sent anywhere — your progress stays on your device, exactly as described above. This record is not used for advertising, is never sold, and is deleted when you delete your account.
- Purchase data: when you buy in-app items, the app store (Google Play, or the Apple App Store where applicable) and our purchase processor handle the transaction; we receive a confirmation and a non-identifying purchase record. We never see your full payment card details.
- Advertising data: the Game can show ads (including optional rewarded videos — for example, watch an ad to earn a bonus) through Google AdMob. When ads are served, Google and its advertising partners may collect and process your device advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID / Apple IDFA), IP address, general device and OS information, and data about your interaction with the ad, in order to serve, cap, measure, and, where you consent, personalize ads. See section 4.
- Notifications: reminders (such as your hearts being refilled) are scheduled on your device by the Game itself. We do not collect push tokens and nothing about your notifications leaves your device. You can turn them off at any time in your device settings.
- Crash reports: when the Game hits an error, it sends us the error message, the technical stack trace, the app version and the platform (iOS, Android or web) so we can fix it. Reports are grouped by a fingerprint of the fault, so the same bug hit by two players becomes one record. No account, device or advertising identifier is attached, and we cannot tell whose device a report came from.
- Anonymous usage counts: so we can see which parts of the Game people reach and where they get stuck, the Game keeps simple tallies — how many times it was opened, how many times each screen was shown, how many levels were started, won or lost, and how many purchases or rewarded-ad offers were started and completed. These are counters only: a number per day, per app version, per platform. There is no account id, no device id, no session id, no location and no timestamp for any individual action, so nothing here can be traced back to you or used to build a profile of you, and it is never used for advertising. If you have not signed in, this is still anonymous — signing in does not attach your account to it.
- Device & technical data: basic technical information (such as IP address, OS version and device model) that our infrastructure providers log to deliver the service, secure accounts and prevent abuse.
- Support messages: anything you send us directly.
We currently do not use third-party analytics or crash reporting SDKs in the Game. The crash reports and usage counts described above are collected by the Game itself and stored on our own Supabase project; they are not shared with any analytics provider.
2.How we use information
- To run the Game and, if you sign in, operate friends and gifting.
- To sign you in securely with one-time email codes.
- To process and restore in-app purchases.
- To operate the Delivery Pass for subscribers: to keep your season progress recoverable, to restore it if you reinstall or change device, and to check that the season’s reward ladder is reachable in the time it runs for.
- To find and fix crashes and errors, using the anonymous crash reports described above.
- To understand which parts of the Game are used and where players get stuck, using the anonymous counts described above, so we can improve the levels, the difficulty and the menus.
- To serve, measure, and (with your consent) personalize ads.
- To provide support and respond to your requests.
- To detect fraud, prevent abuse, and keep the Game secure.
- To comply with our legal obligations (for example, tax and accounting for purchases).
3.Service providers & partners
We share the minimum necessary data with the providers that operate parts of the Game. Each processes data under its own privacy policy:
| Provider | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Supabase | Account authentication (email codes) and storage of profiles, friendships and gifts, plus the anonymous crash reports and usage counts described in section 1. |
| Google Play / Apple App Store | Payment processing for in-app purchases. |
| RevenueCat | In-app purchase validation and receipt management. |
| Google AdMob | Serving and measuring ads. |
Because these providers operate globally, your information may be transferred to and stored on servers outside your country (for example, in the United States or the European Union). Where such transfers involve personal data of EU/UK residents, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
4.Advertising & your ad choices
Ads keep Rush Delivery 3D free. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, we present a consent request (via Google’s User Messaging Platform) before any ads are requested, and we respect your choice: if consent is required and you decline, the Game does not request ads for you at all.
You can change your ad choices at any time:
- Reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings (Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking).
- Where a consent screen was shown, you can reopen it from the Game’s settings to withdraw or change consent.
- California residents: see section 8 for the right to opt out of “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5.Legal bases for processing (EU/UK & Nigeria)
Where the GDPR, UK GDPR, or Nigeria’s Data Protection Act applies, we rely on:
- Performance of a contract: to run the Game, authenticate you, operate friends and gifts, and process purchases.
- Consent: for personalized advertising. You may withdraw consent at any time.
- Legitimate interests: to secure the Game, prevent fraud, fix bugs, and improve performance.
- Legal obligation: to meet tax, accounting, and other statutory duties.
6.Data retention
We keep account, profile, friendship and gift data for as long as your account exists. Game progress lives only on your device and is removed when you uninstall the Game. After you delete your account we remove your personal data, except a minimal, non-identifying record of completed purchases we must keep for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes. You can request deletion at any time (see section 8).
Crash reports and the anonymous usage counts are not tied to your account, so deleting your account does not affect them and we have no way to single yours out. We keep crash reports while the bug they describe is still relevant, and the usage counts as day-by-day totals.
7.Children’s privacy
Rush Delivery 3D is a general-audience game and is not directed to children under the age of digital consent in their region (for example, 13 in the United States, or 13–16 in the EU/UK depending on the country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and our ads are not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact support@matrirush.com and we will delete it.
8.Your rights & choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate data;
- delete your data or your entire account;
- receive a portable copy of your data;
- object to or restrict certain processing;
- withdraw consent (for ads) at any time;
- not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
Delete your account: open your Account screen in the Game (tap your avatar on the home screen, or Settings → Account) and use the account-deletion option, or visit our account deletion page, or email us. We confirm and complete deletion within 30 days.
California (CCPA/CPRA)
We do not sell your personal information for money. Because ads may be personalized, our use of advertising identifiers may qualify as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You have the right to opt out of this sharing and to limit the use of sensitive personal information. To opt out, decline the ad-personalization consent request, limit ad tracking in your device settings, or email us at support@matrirush.com with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share.” We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
EU, UK & Nigeria
You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority: in Nigeria, the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC); in the EU/UK, your national supervisory authority.
To exercise any right, email support@matrirush.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
9.Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (including encrypted connections, one-time sign-in codes instead of passwords, and access controls) to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10.Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will revise the “Effective date” above and, for material changes, notify you with an in-game announcement.
