Rush Delivery 3D · How to delete your account and data

You can delete your Rush Delivery 3D account and the data linked to it at any time. You don’t need to keep the app installed to make the request.

Delete it yourself, in the app

The fastest way: open Rush Delivery 3D, tap your avatar on the home screen (or go to Settings → Account), and choose Delete account. This removes your account immediately — no waiting and no email needed.

Or email us

Email support@matrirush.com from the address you signed in with, using the subject “Delete my Rush Delivery 3D account”. If you can still open the app, including your friend code (shown on the Account screen) helps us find you faster.

Email a deletion request

What gets deleted

Your level progress, coins and unlocks are stored on your device, not on our servers — so deleting your account does not erase them, and they stay playable signed out. To remove those too, uninstall the app or clear its data.

What we keep

We retain a minimal, non-identifying record of completed purchases where we’re required to for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes. This record is not used to identify you after deletion.

How long it takes

In-app deletion is immediate. Emailed requests are confirmed and completed within 30 days, and usually much sooner. Deletion is permanent and can’t be undone.
